I am here to help you and your baby get a peaceful night’s sleep. 

I emphasise a gentle and holistic approach to sleep training. I put you and your baby first and will do what’s best for you as a family, rather than working with strict, one-size-fits all guidelines.

As a qualified counsellor, I am happy to offer emotional support to parents, through what can be a very challenging time, as well as being empathetic to your needs as a family.

I also offer advice on successful mealtime and nap routines, as babies who feed and nap well will usually sleep better at night.
